To make things go a little faster, this antique ink roller was regularly used to roll over the written text so that the text could not get smudged. The antique ink roller has a beautifully tooled Sterling silver handle in Victorian style and is from the period around 1900

Beautifully used old wooden green writing box. On the lid a somewhat worn image of 3 young ladies in dresses and with hats with pink roses around it. On the inside the part on which the paper was placed so that it could be written, is lined. with a green velvet fabric.Also present a compartment with lid for the pens and a compartment where the inkwell could be put in. There is a lock on it but the key is no longer present.
