HOW CAN I ORDER?

For ordering an account is required, and you must be logged in.

If you want to receive the newsletter you can also check in your account information. This can also without an account, at the bottom right the home page. All your data will not be shared with any third party, for further privacy info see bottom of home page in the gray bar.

You can now shop in the online store, put items on your wish list or directly into the collection basket. At the upper right of the page you can always watch it again in the wish list or the collecting basket.

If you want to complete the order, click on the collection basket at the top right. If you stand on the collection basket with the arrow, you will see what is in the basket, only when you click on it can view the entire overview of the collection basket and delete items if necessary.

 

PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT PER ORDER EXCLUSIVE SHIPPING COST IS 5 EURO.

 

REMOVE AN ITEM FROM THE COLLECTION BASKET

If you want to remove an item from the collection basket, you can click in the left column, under the column, click the box for the item you want to delete, then click on update collection basket, right next to the overview with articles, the article is now from the collection basket removed.

Under the article overview you can also tick, under my purchases:

-saving (info about this can be found under the heading saving) or

- hand over my saved purchases (your saved purchases will be delivered to you together with the order you have just made)

You can also add a comment.

Then at the bottom right to Calculate Total. To continue you must first agree to the terms and conditions. 

Then you will come to the invoice address, click here on the desired address and then continue on.

You are now at the tab shipping address. (2)

-You can choose pick-up location:

We will then send you an email as soon as possible, (after your order is completed) so that an appointment could be made to pick up the ordered items in Heiloo-NH. Payment has already been made in the webshop
-Whether you choose: select a shipping address from your address book or enter new address in 

 

If you have made the choice click on continue.

 

 

 

You will now reach the shipping method tab: (3)

 

Here you can see the shipping costs, you can now click on further

 

You will now see tab 6, on the left you will see the details of the invoice address and the payment method, on the right the details of the shipping address and the shipping method.

 

Below you will see an overview of your order, with the total amount of your order including shipping costs in the lower right corner.

 

After this you click on confirm and in the next screen you will find the payment methods that you can choose from there and then complete the payment.

 

When the payment is completed you will automatically return to the webshop at the order details where your entire order is shown, and is completed.

 

 

 

  If you have received an order from us, we will pack your order with care (occasionally we will use already used packaging) and send it as quickly as possible. You will receive an email from us with the track & trace number of the shipment. You can then continue to track your shipment on the DPD or PostNL webside.

 

It may be that another customer has pre-ordered you, you will be informed as soon as possible that we unfortunately can not deliver the article.

 

 

 

** You can also find the status of your order under the heading: My Account. If you want to download the invoice or print it under the heading of orders, you click on details (on the right) then you can make the choice.
